By popular vote as expressed by membership, we have now allowed for only five (5) meetings each year (instead of one per month) to help increase meeting attendance and to allow for great, high-caliber speakers. We are indeed fortunate to have arranged some world-renowned colleagues from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. These clinician-scientists continue to dedicate their lives and careers to advance dentistry for us as practitioners and for the patients we serve. We hope you will support the UF College of Dentistry and organized dentistry by attending and by becoming involved.

      LCDS meetings are scheduled on the 3rd Tuesday of every other month starting in September and ending in May. Cocktails begin at 6:00 PM, followed by the meeting program starting at 6:30 PM. This year, the meeting venue is the new Lake Receptions facility in Mt. Dora (see link for map and directions). For LCDS member dentists, dinners are included in your dues. Please remember to RSVP as soon as possible after receiving your reminder fax notice, so dinner can be ordered for you. Non-member dentists are also welcome to attend for a nominal fee. Please notify us as early as possible if you find you are unable to attend after you have made reservations, as the LCDS will be responsible for paying for any dinners which have been ordered, whether or not they are served.
